Each member of the CL Team is a highly skilled professional who plays a crucial role in helping individuals and families achieve their dream of owning a home. They are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that every need ismet with the utmost care and attention.
Kelly Patton
Kelly is a graduate of the California State University of PA with a degree in Secondary Education, English. She has been in mortgage lending since 1997. As a former underwriter, her knowledge of loan guidelines and excellent communication skills are an asset in keeping all parties updated and help present loans in a manner that facilitates speed and accuracy for a quick loan approval.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys pickleball, reading, pottery, spending time with friends and family and, as a Pittsburgh native, rooting for all Pittsburgh professional sports teams. In addition to doting on their dog Hank, Kelly and her husband are over the moon about their first grandbaby, Emilia!
